Estimates
Estimates are provided based upon information supplied by the customer.
Final pricing may change if:
Vehicle condition differs
Additional services are requested
Excessive contamination requires additional labor
Vehicle size differs from original description
Customers will be notified before additional charges are incurred.
Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based upon availability.
Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to:
Traffic
Weather
Previous appointments
Equipment issues
Other unforeseen circumstances
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate contact information
Ensure access to the vehicle
Remove personal valuables before service
Secure pets
Ensure the work area is safe
Provide access to water or electricity if required for the selected service (unless otherwise agreed)
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returned payments may be subject to additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with reasonable notice generally incur no cancellation fee.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future appointments.

Limitations of Service
We are not responsible for:
Existing paint damage
Rock chips
Scratches
Oxidation
Rust
Faded trim
Improper prior repairs
Mechanical failures
Pre-existing interior stains or odors that cannot reasonably be removed
Certain defects cannot be corrected through detailing alone.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2 Clean Whips LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, photographs, service descriptions, marketing materials, and other original content created by 2 Clean Whips LLC remain the exclusive property of the Company and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
